The 2024-2025 National Youth Conference on Leadership and Entrepreneurship, also known as the NYCLE Summit, will help young people begin to strategize and plot their post-secondary course. Whether it’s a 4-year college, 2-year college or trade school, the 2024-2025 NYCLE Summit, pronounced nicely, will help young people understand the real purpose of college or any post-secondary training they might be interested in and start preparing for it.

The dawning of the internet ushered in a new age in our society, the information, technology and knowledge age. As we move further into this new age, jobs, careers and how people make a living will look very different than in previous generations. That being the case, the skills and abilities young people will need to succeed and thrive in the new economy must also be different. The 2024-2025 NYCLE Summit will introduce youth participants to a variety of essential hard and soft skills that will place them head shoulders above other young people who do not have these skills.

To really be successful in the new 21st century economy young people will need more than just job skills, they will need to be able to think and act like an entrepreneur. Young people that have an innovative, entrepreneurial and growth mindset, topped off with world class leadership skills will make themselves indispensable to employers. In addition, they will have a powerful basket of tools at their disposal to direct their careers in any direction they choose. The 2024-2025 NYCLE Summit will introduce participating students to some of these entrepreneurial skills through fun and interactive workshops and activities during the conference.
